Absolutely not. We believe in an inclusive approach. We will teach you how to incorporate the foods you love into a healthy lifestyle so you never feel deprived and still achieve your weight loss goals.

Will I get a meal plan?

While we provide sample days and recipe packs to spark inspiration, we generally avoid strict rigid meal plans. Life happens, and strict plans often break when life gets busy. Instead, we teach you how to build a plate anywhere you go.

Do I have to be a member of the gym to join?

No! Our nutrition coaching is open to anyone who wants to improve their health, regardless of their fitness level or where they work out.

What is Nutrition counseling?
